Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website.

How do I place my order?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.

Can I save time shopping online?

You’ll save tons of time when you shop online.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Canadian credit card brands.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.

I would like to change my order. What should I do?

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week.
